What a Team Kit Includes
Six coordinated pieces, one team colourway.
A custom team cycling kit through this programme covers six pieces built to match: jersey, gilet, jacket, arm and leg warmers, cap and socks. Each piece carries your team's colourway, crest and rider numbers, and is ordered together as one coordinated set rather than as separate items.

Bib shorts and other chamois-bearing garments are not part of this standard set; they are handled separately as development and sampling work (see What This Kit Includes — And Doesn't).

Who starts the order: does one person (a manager, captain or coordinator) initiate the process, or does it start with individual riders signing up?
How the budget moves: does the kit come from one collected team budget, or does each rider cover their own piece separately?
Who picks the sizes: does one person collect everyone's sizes, or does each rider choose their own through a personal link?
How often the roster changes: does your team keep mostly the same members season to season, or does it turn over heavily?

Why a Programme, Not Just an Order
An order ships once. A programme keeps a record.
Ordering from a generic apparel vendor gets your team a one-time batch of kit. It does not remember who was on the roster, what sizes they wore, or what the design looked like once the order ships.
A programme keeps that record. Each rider's size and each season's design stay on file, so next year's order starts from what is already on file instead of a blank form and a fresh round of emails.
This programme is built for teams that reorder every year, not for a single one-off order.

Roster Collection & Sizing
Each rider enters their own name, number and size.
Each rider gets a personal link to enter their own name, kit number and size, rather than the team manager collecting this by email or spreadsheet.
- The manager sends one roster link to the team.
- Each rider fills in their own name, kit number and size directly.
- Entries are checked against the roster list to catch duplicate numbers or missing riders before the order is placed.
- The finished roster is locked and used to build the production order.
This keeps sizing and numbering in the hands of the people who know them, the riders themselves, while the manager checks the completed list rather than chasing individual replies.

Team Store & Self-Serve Ordering
Each rider orders their own pieces, in their own size.
Once a team's kit is confirmed, each rider can order their own pieces and size through a private team store link, instead of the manager chasing everyone's sizes and pieces into one combined order.
- Each rider sees only their team's confirmed design and colourway, not a general catalogue.
- Riders choose their own pieces (jersey only, full kit, extra warmers) and their own size.
- Riders complete their own order individually, removing the manager from the role of chasing sizes and pieces from teammates one by one.
- The store stays open for a set ordering window, then closes so production can begin on the confirmed list.

Season-to-Season Reorder
Next season starts from last season's record.
When a new season starts, last season's roster, sizes and design stay on file. Reordering starts from an update to that record, not a new form from a blank page.
- Returning riders keep their saved size on file and only need to confirm it is still correct.
- New riders are added to the existing roster instead of the team starting a new list.
- The design and colourway from last season carry over automatically unless the team asks for a change.
- Retiring pieces, such as a rider who leaves or a size that no longer fits, are removed from the roster rather than left as an unresolved order line.
- If a new person takes over managing the team, the saved roster and design are still there to work from. Continuity does not depend on one manager's inbox or spreadsheet.

Bib shorts and chamois garments are not part of the standard kit set. We take these on as development and sampling work against a team's own reference specification, not as a stocked item ready to reorder.
Race squads, competitive clubs and racing teams that need this piece as part of a season's kit should plan for it as a separate development conversation, not an add-on to a standard order.
Design Tooling
Sponsor Layout & Colourway
One colourway, fixed panel zones for sponsors.
Every team kit is built around your own colourway and crest placement. Sponsor logos, when a team has them, sit in set panel zones on the jersey and gilet so the layout stays balanced as sponsors are added or removed between seasons.
- Colourway is set once and carries across all six pieces in the kit.
- Sponsor panels sit in defined zones (chest, sleeve, back) rather than being placed freehand for each new logo.
- A team can update sponsors for a new season without redesigning the whole kit, since the panel layout stays the same.
Sizing
Size Chart & Fit Tool
Check your size before it goes on the roster.
Each rider checks their own size against a standard chart before entering it on their roster link, so sizing is confirmed before the order is placed rather than guessed at.
- The chart covers the full size range used across all six kit pieces, from youth through adult sizing.
- Each size line shows the reference measurements riders need to compare against their own body, not just a label like "medium".
- Riders who are between two sizes are shown which piece runs closer to which measurement, so the choice is theirs to make with the numbers in front of them.

Kit orders take longer to plan than a single online purchase, because they depend on a full roster being collected and a design being signed off before production can start (see How Team Programmes Work).
